How It All Started
Everything started the way most good stories do, on vacation.
Picture it: sun, relaxation, zero responsibilities, and then suddenly, one very unfortunate slip. A wet floor, a misplaced step, and just like that, one of us was down with a badly injured knee. What was supposed to be a getaway filled with connection and fun quickly turned into days of ice packs, awkward positioning, and a lot of "well… there goes the plan, relaxing by the pool it is then."
Somewhere between the frustration and the humor of it all, we realized something.
Comfort matters more than people talk about.
Not just in big moments, but in the small, overlooked details that can completely change an experience. We also realized something else while traveling, we didn't want to pack bulky reusable blankets or worry about how, or where, we'd wash them. The idea of doing laundry on vacation, or bringing used items back home, completely defeated the purpose of relaxing. And honestly, who wants to create more laundry, or bring back a blanket that's now full of odours?
When we got home, we started paying attention. We looked at what was available on the market and quickly realized, nothing really fit our lifestyle. Products felt either overly clinical, poorly designed, or completely disconnected from what modern couples actually want: comfort, discretion, and confidence. Did we mention, everyone hates having to do endless amounts of laundry with blankets that take forever to dry?
So, like any couple determined to solve a problem, we improvised. We tested, we experimented, we refined, and yes, we learned a lot along the way.
What started as a frustrating vacation moment turned into something much bigger, a mission to create products that actually support real experiences.
