Regional Manager
Own your territory. Drive real revenue.
What You'll Do
- Secure exclusive territory rights at the state or metro level
- Drive wholesale distribution of Pleasure Pad & Luxury Wet Wipes to boutique retail, spas, wellness centers, and hospitality accounts
- Conduct local sales outreach, product demos, and account management
- Represent the brand at local wellness events and trade shows
- Submit monthly territory performance reports to HQ
Compensation
- 8–12% commission on all wholesale volume generated in your territory
- Performance bonuses at $50K, $100K, and $250K territory milestones
- Product samples and branded sales kit provided
Who We're Looking For
- Self-motivated, results-driven individuals
- Existing relationships in wellness, retail, hospitality, or beauty
- Passionate about sexual wellness and women's health
- Reliable transportation and ability to conduct in-person meetings
